We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from start to finish. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in managing jobsite teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Lead/Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, including:

• Managing daily jobsite operations and supervising subcontractors and crews
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
• Coordinating schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
• Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
• Enforcing company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Monitoring quality control and resolving field issues quickly
• Leading jobsite meetings and documenting progress

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial, multi-family or industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
• OSHA certification preferred
